Didn't you duck away?
To deny your sentience?

Satan wants to be glorified.

He's the Lord of Light.

You duck away, into the shadows.
So: who are you serving?

I found that the similarities between the story of Lucifer and that of Prometheus were be far too great to be mere coincidence.

"Bringer of Light" and "Bringer of Fire." One gave us the apple of knowledge and the other the first technology of mankind. Both are punished for trying to elevate mankind above the level of mere animals by increasing our intelligence & awareness of the world.

Hardly villain material unless one subscribes to a religion where ignorance truly is bliss.

Yaaa, it's very much something like that what got my gears churning ... the self-serving hypocrit who has really snapped even the most basic social bond.

And yet, and yet, the "Prince of Confusion" has been swept up by hubris and come to think of himself as alpha and omega, so the hypocrits might deny their servitude to him, which is abominable, and yet it is actually and really him that they serve.

Nobody remembers the thralls who dished out Jim Jones' koolaid, but they're hardly blameless due to their anonymity.

Or the US troops sent in to leave no witnesses, including that pesky nosy congressman why flew down to investigate.

The direction we find our country in now is nothing new. It began back in the 1940s with Project Paperclip. We're just seeing the fruits of many decades of their labor.



And people wonder what "Skull & Bones Society" really means, ha!

That's more than I can say, being no fan of conspiracy theories.

What I know is this: one can navigate by the Pole Star or lose one's way using the void where the Southern would be, but isn't.

Orientation ... bodhicitta ... there is no other.
